i am still very upset that mike killed killself. I spoke with him almost every day.
I seened to end my friendship withmy long ter friendship with another person. I hardly talk to nother person.. My neurologpist doesnt thin thi will get mux=ch better. My r.t thinks i walk ok but she will leave to r.t. rats.
I am less depressed. I have even done some some houseleep er. I hove high blood blood pressure in the 150's

I'm glad that the doxepin is helping you with your depression, especially right now :hug:

It's hard to be isolated. Are you still going on your walks? Have you been to the senior center recently? Have you thought about taking anymore religious classes?

I started with the depressiion again but I have been sleeping so much probably from the pill and depressioon. P.t. is going better but my neurlogist doesn't have high hopes. yesterdaay i used the cane. the religious classes started but i don't have much patience. I try to go to the senior center. Abby has been a totaal joy. she is so funny. she is so cute. I am sorry I am havig trouble typinch and it is so frustrating,

Don't worry about your typing. We all are getting what you are saying.
I do realize how frustrating that can be. Not sure but you might
look into whether you can do a speaking program to do your typing.
