Both NT & PsychCentral seem to have been down for a short time this afternoon. I could still access YouTube & Google+, so I know it wasn't my internet connection. I don't know how long it lasted. I shut my computer down shortly after it happened. And when I opened it back up again later in the afternoon, both NT & PC were back.
