I've lost 3 1/2-4lbs in the last 10-14 days since I've been sick because my appetite hasn't been as good as it usually is.
I know it's not the best way to lose weight, but I'll take it. |

I still have a bit of the cough, but I feel a lot better. My appetite still isn't quite back to normal yet tho. I'm basically finishing 1/2 of everything, which isn't a bad thing. I was weighed on 2 separate doctor's scales, but if you believe them as equal, I've actually lost 6 lbs.

switching from seroquel and abilify
which are weight gainers back to geodon which is weight neutral. bizi

Everything just fits better, or a little looser. I have a lot of smaller clothes... I have been pathetically skinny in the past. I lose weight when I am sick. I have been as low as 113lbs and I'm 5'9", but something like that obviously doesn't happen fast, and I didn't start out over 160. On my scale I'm down about 5lbs now, which isn't too troubling for about 2 weeks. It would be nice if I could stop overeating like I was doing in the past. Right now my appetite just isn't there, but I am eating enough. |

not quite off the seroquel at 100mg last night...50mg for the next 3 nights then done except for a little 25mg during the day for anxiety.
weight 185 this am, highest in a decade. sigh bizi
