yes we switched from french vanilla creamers to half and half. jeff then uses sugar and I use stevia to sweeten.
The powdered creamers usually have partially hydroginated fats which are trans fats if I remember correctly. They are bad for us.
so switch! just my opinion.

federer won and i am so tired. I asked for it.n the scale is down three pounds. I am throwing out the creanmer and drinking black today until i get half and half or heavy cream. I will see how much i weigh later. I will just have eggs.that is all i have.

I just had black coffee and it wasn't bad. I willl thrown out the rest of the creamers. I will first as Marcia if she wants the rest. Roger has two sets of identical twins, two boys and two girls. How lucky. At the end i didn't know what was happening and neither did roger. when e found out he won, his joy was like a five year olds...so neat.
I read this wee that drinking five cups a day of coffee was healty was healthy for you. On to make a nother cup. I ordered a lot of meat

I was on another website and someone mentioned a site called
emily bites.
I checked it out and they have a variety of tasty, low or lower calorie food items have all the calories and nutrients listed and seem to usually have the WW points listed as well.

Bizi...have you found a creamer you like? Or should I say something instead of a creamer? My husband loves those artificial creamers and now when I use something "healthy" they taste boring. I think out of everything "healthy" perhaps coconut milk was the best...not sure.

Quinoa...I'm always surprised that this seems to put weight on me somewhat easily even though it is high in fiber and protein.

Quinoa has a lot of carbs! (1/2 cup=20 carbs, 4 grams of protein, 2.5 grams of fiber.)
Lentils are the best choice for a carb if you are going to eat a starch. but limit it to 1/2 cup at the most if you must. (1/2 cup = 20 carbs but 8 fiber grams and 9 grams of protein ...so much better choice with 12 net carbs!)

I switched from french vanilla creamer to half and half and then sweetened with stevia liquid flavored with toffee. sweet leaf makes it. I get it at my health food store. I use a dropperful and a half for each cup of coffee.
The creamer used to have partially hydrogenated oils so trans fat which is the worst kind of fats we can eat.
maybe they don't now...don't know...have to read labels, ingredient lists.

guacmole is the healthiest dip you can eat.
try it with celery stalks instead of chips.

I half an avocado and eat it right out of the skin. hubby puts seasoning salt on his. I don't yum have them 3-4 times a week.
A regular size one has a total of 12 carbs but has 9 grams of fiber that you subtract leaving a net carb of 3 for the whole one, I usually just eat half so that is 1.5 net carbs.
almonds are a good snack food in moderation.
1 oz= 28 nuts has 5 carbs but 3 grams of fiber so net carbs =2 and 6 grams of protein which is an added bonus.
shoot for 60 grams of protein a day.
no more than 60 net carbs. The fewer carbs that you eat a day the faster the weight loss.
All veggies have carbs just subtract the fiber carbs to get the net carbs. Some veggies have more carbs than others.
