got good sleep last night even though I imbibed a lot over the weekend.
I see my therapist for the second time thursday. My DBT work book should be in today so that is good. I am going to bring it in with her. I am hoping it will help me over come my addictions. Got up later than I should and have been on this computer too long and have missed a shower that I should have taken. 1st cup of coffee tastes so good. I have a light week, hopefully clients will call so I can fill up my time. supposed to meet some friends for lunch at 1130. Taco sisters....I feel like abandoning my diet altogether. sigh bizi
