I am hypomanic, am convinced of this.
For quite some time my pdoc has said that I am undermedicated but she did not know what to change me to. I tried a small dose of lithium to see if that helped with out her knowing and that did nothing so I stopped taking it. I gave it a 3 month shot. nadda. The increase in my drinking and computer usage is obviously hypomania... or I am just an addict. I am not very observant or in tune with my body or illness. I finally figured out that I must be hypomanic with all of this increased drinking and internet usage. I am getting ready to take a trip solo without my hubby to florida with my family. I asked my sister tonight if she would help me if I get manic. She said she would help me. I have zyprexa to take if I need it. bizi
