I did not sleep at all Tuesday night.
And in the morning Wednesday I busied myself to stay awake. At 4:00 p.m. I took the same amount of Viibryd as I took the same the day before. I took half of a 10 mgs pill. Then I fell asleep for few a few hours. So I do not know if the Viibryd caused me to sleep or if I fell asleep due to not sleeping for 24 hours. =-=-=-=- I took my night meds a few hours ago. Maybe I should go to sleep soon. M |

I feel like maybe I was rude to "out" my brother.
But I thought he was being insensitive by saying nasty and untrue stuff about how my parents treated our dogs when we were growing up. =-=- My sister posted indicating that my brother's memory is not accurate and said something nice about how the aunt takes care of her animals. Brother posted more nonsense. He can have the last word if he wants. I hope I am done with that for now. M |

I don't see anything wrong with you "outing" your brother's BP privately to your aunt because she is family. I think it was an appropriate non-confrontational way of mitigating some of the damage your brother was doing. I also think your sister responded well.
I really hope you are done with the Facebook mess, too. And I hope you ended up getting some sleep last night/this morning

Today was my third day on the very small Viibryd does and I think I did ok with regard to side effects.
=-=- Tomorrow (Thursday) is a dentist visit. At the cleaning and Xray visit last week, they told me somehow I broke two back teeth. M |

I'm glad that day 3 on the Viibryd went well
I cracked one of my back teeth in half and just had it repaired. My dentist tried to tell me I needed a crown, but I said "no." Instead I thought he was going to fill it, but he ended up bonding it... very inexpensive. Good luck at your visit today

Thursday June 8 was DAY FOUR of the small dose Viibryd.
I might feel a little depressed still but I think my anxiety is much less. =-=-=-=-=- Years ago, I asked my old pdoc for buspar. He said something about it being used only for drug addicts. =-=- Maybe I do not need the Viibryd. Maybe I only need the buspar. |

Buspar just being for drug addicts is BS...
One of my pdocs put me on it to see if it was strong enough to control my anxiety before they decided to put me on Klonopin. She discontinued it when I went on the Klonopin tho. It's possible that it's just the Buspar that's helping. Antidepressants can lower anxiety too, but many of them need time to build up in your system. I don't know if that's the case with Viibryd or not. You may want to ask your pdoc about that. It may be worthwhile to see what the full effect of the drug may be if you aren't experiencing side effects. |
