I read Jane Austen's stuff at night sometimes.
I have sort of have trained myself to read things I know very well so that I do not get interested in them.
They distract me from thinking about having to
go to bed.

My old CBT therapist said that it is good to read a little while before bed ---- much better than t.v. or something stimulating.
Sometimes I am still listening to him.
