Forcing myself to do paper work this afternoon (WAY BEHIND)as it is a rain day 2 clients canceled this afternoon, it is pouring now. We have had tornado watches all day. Went to PT this morning...not sure if it is going well or not. I pay privately for his care. just don't know if he is the "one", thinking about going to a chiropractor.

Well I got caught up with my billing and filing before dinner. Jeff cooked lemon pepper talapia and cauliflower. IT has been raining off and on all day. heavy showers with hail. Got my car back from the shop. They buffed out a small mark on my car in addition to repainting the damaged parts from that elderly lady hitting my car while I was parked last week.
Had a rental car 2 days. Glad to get my car back.
WE are expecting another 2inches of rain tonight. many streets were flooded and many cars got stranded. The roads had cleared by the time that I was done seeing clients.
Listening to the grateful dead while doing paper work and having a "few" makes paper work much easier to deal with.
Back to paperwork!

I purged 65 old charts from my filing cabinets. needed them to make new charts.

I knew that you brought your car into the shop, but I didn't know that you were/it was in an accident. I'm glad that you and the little old lady are both okay.

I thought you were seeing some benefits from PT... at least as far as your flexibility is concerned. It can take time. But are the hip exercises getting easier or the pain there getting any better at all? Maybe a chiropractor could help with that. I think they take X-Rays...

The weather there sounds miserable. A good day to get some work done. You were very productive!

I think pt is going good. I am just impatient. My range of motion is better and I feel I can stretch more. I really need to work on my posture and that takes paying attention all of the time to make it a habit. weeks later. He was able to pull on my leg and adjust/pop my hip so that was good.
I need to do my exercises this morning. Am running late like usual. First client is now 10:30am. So I have plenty of time to read the forums and do my exercises and get ready for the day. As long as I don't get side tracted on face book.

On amazon, I just bought 2 stools for work, feliway spray and a banjo ukeleli!
Wow, have never owned an instrument.
Jeff can help me learn.
maybe if I learn a few chords I could play with the blue grass jam folks on monday nights.

I'm glad you bought the stools. That should help your hip and shoulder a bit provided at least one of them is a more comfortable height than the one you are using now

The Feliaway really works!!! I also bought the plug-in diffuser, which lasts a month. I recommend buying it on eBay from a seller with a good rating (98-100%)… you will save a TON of money.

I bought a little banjo, carrying case for it, book and stools last night.
so that should all be in next week.
