I easily forget when I showered last so I customized my mood chart to readily document if/when I took a shower. I am happy about this!

Starting next monday(the day after easter)I am going to get serious about working on myself.
I did make an appointment to see a recommended PT for my elbow, hip, neck, si joint, I start wednesday and will be paying privately for care. My body is a mess and I know that I need help. and it will be expensive but it is my lively hood and life and I need it. I am sick of this weight. F****** hate it! Starting monday I am not going to drink. I am going to shoot for 30 days. Maybe I can lose 5 pounds in 30 days? I will sleep better, and lose weight. If I am going to spend hundreds of dollars on therapy, mental and physical, then drinking is like sabotaging all of that. sigh had a good lunch: veggie quiche and chard and squash. Looking forward to the blue grass concert. Jeff said he would go with me though he is mad at the leader of the band. Plan to have pork chops and veggies for dinner and either tabouli or veggie soup, 2 of those items not sure. will see what jeff wants. bizi

ended up at whole foods for steak nite, baked potato and fresh garlic bread. yum!
I meet with my tdoc tomorrow at 1pm after lunch. I printed out 2 weeks worth of mood chart easily. It shows a graph of indicators: mood, coping level, hours slept and quality of sleep and whether I showered or not. Perfect. I will take this and give it to her. Not real sure if I will continue to see her since I am starting PT this wednesday.$$$$  I went in there about a particular issue that I was having and we went off on the addictions, internet etc. and have not gotten back to the initial issue. Maybe we can start to go "there" tomorrow. bizi

I have been doing my bed stretches almost every morning for the past week. jIt makes me feel good doing something even though it takes just 5 minutes. At least it is something! got 7.25 hours of sleep last night good sleep so I feel rested today. love it when I don't have an 8;30am appointment these days. Time to get on here and have coffee. This is an engaging activity for me and gives me energy. bizi

I love the positive energy that you are putting out there right now
 I think you are doing a really great job with that mood chart. I know it's something that your pdoc was pushing for, and I think you have gone above and beyond by adding some elements that will be really helpful I'm glad you felt rested yesterday

I was out of town this afternoon seeing Pat, he owns a restaurant and always feeds me afterward so I had broiled snapper with stuffing and baked potato....it was ok. came home around 6 to go straight to trivia at whole foods.. my new friend melissa was there with her hubby brian and jeff were at the bar instead of a table. so I joined them. Quiet night for trivia, 6 teams total we came in 5th...lol I am to create a collage of my goals for the next 5 years. I asked mellisa if she had any magazines and she will look thru hers for me. I work tomorrow out of town for the day. starting at *am will have to leave the house at 7;15am. So need to get to bed early. will see 7-8 clients so that is a really busy day with a half hour break for lunch, mcdonalds oatmeal yum! I did not do my morning bed stretches today. felt too lazy for them. too lazy for 5 min!!!!  sigh I do think my hip is a little better today. have a good weekend yall bizi
