Have you been to the doctor about your breathing problem? How long has it been going on?

Red face

Oh I have had the breathing thing for ages. never mentioned it to a doctor.
slept about 5 hours last night.
I will keep taking the abilify at night. I don't want to risk blurry vision or dizzyness.

Bizi

I sure hope things start to get better. Have you tried melatonin for the
sleep by any chance.

The other things is amtriplline helps with sleep too. Along with migraines.
Which I realize you don't have.

5 hours is not enough because you are just continuing to add to your sleep deficit

Have you gotten your script for Seroquel yet?

I'm very concerned that most of my ladies here are not sleeping, or not sleeping well :group hug:

I tried amitriptyline for sleep ages ago, but it didn't work. I don't think I let it, or gave it, a real chance to work tho.

Seroquel does let you sleep. I've been taking it for years. Sleep is very important for us with mental health issues as you know. I'm glad that you got some sleep. Have a nice evening. BF

You are right BF, sleep is very important for us, and can be very difficult, too
