she said that I could take up to 300mg for sleep but that would really knock me out.

300mg of Seroquel is not a small dose. Some people take that much as a mood stabilizer. Usually as an adjunct though.
25mg is a far cry from that, and you will find 50mg is much more sedating. |

I took the 25mg of seroquel last night and did not sleep that great. I did have a couple so maybe that contributed but that was early evening.???

How has your mood been?
If you have been a little bit high 25mg may not be enough to make you sleepy. This is the second night (?) it hasn't helped. Are you going to ask your pdoc about trying 50mg? I'm not familiar with the diabetes risk that you mentioned that's associated with Seroquel, but I know you said it isn't dose-dependednt… |

I slept 7 hours last night so that was good.
I really don't want her to take away my klonipin. bizi I have been busier going to the gym. Going this morning. bizi

I don't blame you for not wanting to lose the Klonopin. It worked for you for a long time, and doesn't have the risk of diabetes associated with it that you are concerned about. You are not abusing it, so…
I would think that she would rather have you take that if it is going to work some/most nights than have to take two atypical antipsychotics… |

I slept about 7 hours last night with the klonipin and 25mg of seroquel. I actually think I need to take more. It would be great to sleep 8 hours thru the night.
