Default pre-printed grocery store list
A friend of mine used to keep a typed list of everything she usually bought
at the grocery store.

When things in the fridge or household were, low she put a checkmark
next to the item so she knew that she needed to buy it.

My sis sent me a pre-made list with a magnet that attaches to the fridge.
The pages are torn off to take to the store with you.
