Thank you Kay. I wonder why we go through these intrusive thoughts, and feelings. We may never know why, but we have to survive them. BF

Two years ago I went through a period when I was having them constantly and I was absolutely terrified. I called the ambulance twice.

They happen less often since I got up to a heavy dose of Seroquel, but my anxiety comes in waves, and it's horrible to control. I'm on so many meds already, my pdoc is really hesitant to add any more.

I understand what you mean when you say you feel like you are "tormented," and I'm so sorry that you have to go through it

I'm glad that you are feeling a little better

It's happening again. I have not been this frightened in years. I'm trying to get a hold of myself.

I was thinking about what my councilor said to me today on the phone. It sounds like she is not sure if I will be OK if the safety net is changed. BF

I don't know why this is happening. I don't know why I'm reacting like this. BF

BF, you have been assured by those who work with these programs. Your counselor knows your condition. She wouldn't say this to you if it wasn't true.

Now; if you have trouble sleeping; put on an old time movie.

Also say a few prayers for all of us. We can never have too many of them.

I try really hard to avoid the "why" question because there is no answer and it makes me feel more depressed and powerless, but I know it's hard to just accept that we have these burdens in life while others don't.

I don't think your councilor is the right person to ask about benefits, so please don't be too concerned about her inability to give you comforting answers…

Those kinds of questions are better suited for a case manager. I know that yours has left to go to a different district and you haven't been assigned a new one yet, but you should really call the office. I know it's sometimes hard to assert yourself, but explain to them that you have "ACUTE" needs and need to at least speak to some case manager, if not be assigned a new one right away.

Sometimes we have to be our own advocates

I hope that some way something helps break the cycle of terrible anxiety this issue is causing for you now BF

I think you have to leave it in God's hands and write to your senators etc

At the moment, the law of the land is Obamacare, also known as the Affordable Healthcare Act.

Focus on that plan -- the plan deals with all the medical plans in the U.S. at this moment.

The other stuff that is being talked about is just talk.

I am trying to leave all the talk stuff in God's hands.
