Yesterday was just a lousy day. I paid for everything I was able to do with my nervous energy over the previous two days, so I just felt miserable.
And the run in with my sister triggered me... When I think about my mother's battle with cancer, I tend to think about it in its late stages (she passed away when I was 17). It's been many years since I've thought about what she, or I, went through when she was first diagnosed when I was 13, or the time in between (she had several brain tumors removed after that). It was a very traumatic time for me, and the start of a lot of problems for me, and it's not something I want to look back on. Fortunately, I have somewhat of a wall up there... so hopefully I can stop thinking about this soon so it doesn't shift my mood because things like this can shift my mood. |

I got in a couple of 3 hour naps on Friday and Saturday, but my naps are seldom refreshing. I usually just sleep because I have to. That was the case this weekend. I've been able to sleep in a little longer this weekend, so that has been nice. I need the sleep.
I'm thinking a little less about the things I don't want to right now, and I hope that continues. I just checked my calendar and saw that I have 2 doctor's appointments every week for the next 3 weeks... yay. |

Hoping that you are still able to sleep with out spasms.
Maybe you could take a hit before your naps? Would that help you sleep better for your naps? what do you think?  What were the temperatures this weekend? Is it getting to be cold? It was lovely this weekend here. I hope you have a nice day. ((((HUGS)))) bizi
