I don't think you read my next post and the ending. I think we are very much alike and we are both survivors. I don't understand why don't suffer from the same depression I have unless you just manage it. I totally understand your love and delight of animals. I understand corey. My soulmate was an alcoholic who was much younger than i and he tried to kill himself twice, the second time he succeeded and hung himself from a tree. He had terrible depression.
I used to smoke so much and I didn't care. Prices got out of hand and I had to quit. I used to take care of the little girl across the street for free. taking care of everybody elses needs but your own. my bipolar hit me when i was young and not diagnosed til my fifties.

I self-medicated with alcohol to deal with a lot of my trauma.
I don't experience the same kind of depression as you because you are BPII, where depression is the dominant feature, and I am BPI, where hypo/mania is the dominant feature. I do experience periods of clinical depression, but they are rare. I don't know why someone becomes one vs. the other, but my father is BPI like me.

That was a long time to be undiagnosed.
I am really glad that you quit smoking bobby. Your lungs thank you for it.

When you know people in your life who are really financially stable, millionaires, you would hope that they take care of some of their family members.
Like if I were to win the power ball then I would give each of my family member a million and friends and charity. etc.

I sort of feel sorry for my two nephews who are not billionaires. I think the article was written at the beginning of the year and he was short 50 million.
I didd ask myra once for money and she asked me how much I had which wasn;t much and she gave me 300 dollars and said that was all she could spare. at that time she had been divorced from an opthamologist(sp) and got a great settlement.then she married a trust fund baby.

It must have taken a lot for you to ask, and I'm sure she knew that... and then for her to be so stingy... what a little pay off, and it must have been hurtful

Instead of cutting back on cigarettes and using the e-cigarette, I'm smoking MORE. I have to do something because we're moving soon, and I won't be able to smoke in the apartment

you will cut down when things settle down. who knows maybe you will even quit since it will be a pain to go outside to smoke. Yes it was humiliating asking myra for money and telling how much i had and then having that response.

Because the cats are going to get their shots tomorrow, I cut Buddy and Dottie's nails last night. I have to do Rocky's today, and I'm absolutely dreading it… he's awful! He will run away and hide from me after.
