I had this strong loyalty streak and would carry it to an extreme. there was a lot of self sacrifice. yesterday something changed. I really like alicia and she does minimal housework. One time she didn't even clean the bathroom. a lot of times she doesn't clean the bathroom sink. she doesn't vacuum and she is done in an hour maybe. she isn't allowed to come today because of something to do with paperwork. she is also an animal lover and feeds 10 feral cats and donates clothes to people. she is so pleasant. if her replacement does a good job of cleaning i will ask her if she wants to be my permanent aide. that would be a first. It goes against my nature.

I feel like I am sticking up for my own needs today but it is at a loss.I have been like this all my life in variations. when I got Pumpkins, my beloved kitty cat and introduced her to flora, it seemed that pumpkins fell in love with flora and couldn't get enough of her. I loved Pumpy but I asked flora if she wanted her. I don't think it was poor self image or I that I didn't feel I deserved her.
I do hope I like this woman. Now I feel I am sacrificing for Alicia. I forgot if I mentioned that I have given her a lot of nice things because I want to see her happy.

I personally think you are doing a good thing for you. You need
someone that will clean. I'm guessing this one will be friendly
if she thinks you want her to be.
