It took me a long time to do my web site. I did have some help from a woman from the small business development office. She connected me to facebook... thanks again. ((((HUGS)))) I am still waking up stiff and sore until I walk around a bit. Don't know if taking alieve at night is helping or not. Why subject my organs to the pills if they are not helping????? 171.6 that is 14 pounds down since november 15th. That is a pound a week.
