You've done very well, and have been dry for a long time. You should be very proud of yourself. Drinking a couple of beers one night isn't the end of the world. All that BS with the foundation/house must have been very stressful
I know that 7-8 days without Jeff is going to be hard on you. I'm sure that looking forward to that time, along with everything else going on, didn't help either

It's so nice that you got all of those compliments on your hair! It doesn't mean that your hair doesn't normally look pretty tho... sometimes people will just compliment others when they notice a change. What matters is how you think it looks best, and how you prefer to wear it.

If you're looking for a natural solution to constipation, try drinking some microwaved prune juice along with your usual bowel regiment. I had a patient who swore by it. Unfortunately, it doesn't work for me tho.

I drank 3 beers at whole foods.
planning a trip to branson, missouri in october with a friend of mine.
lots to see and do. Will have to ask our next door neighbors, they go every year.
I went to bed tonight at 7;30 pm and slept for 5 hours now am on line. I had 3 beers at whole foods and ate way to much: chicken wings, buffalo style and a cheese tray all by myself. I am sure I put on a pound just eating all of that. Yes I know that was 3,500 calories.
I woke up having a hot flash....I still get them at 55 years old.
They suck.

I need to go to bed, It is good friday. and I have the day off tomorrow. Am going to a crawfish boil and fish fry. Need to go to my friends by 11am.


PS I went back to bed around 1;30 am and took my nite meds and slept off and on until 9am when I got up.
I plan to be AF at the crawfish boil with my friend.

This was not a good day....I am not doing well. I had high hopes to be disciplined, eat right, go to the gym, house cleaned. . I feel like a failure. and this was just day 1 with out jeff.

the fish fry went well. I did not have any crawfish, just did not feel they were cleaned very well. My friend had some and she said they were good, not seasoned very well though. It was nice getting to meet some of the family both their sons were there with the kids.Even after knowing melissa a year I still can't keep their names.
oh well, it was nice to get away to the country.
I work tomorrow see 4 clients.
I wonder what I will do on Easter sunday????

I'm glad you enjoyed the fish fry. I won't eat anything suspect either- no matter how tasty someone else says it is. They could have diarrhea and/or vomiting 2 hours later... you never know.

Try to treat the last two days for what they are... two days that you drank, and it seems like you know why you were drinking

I saw 4 clients today.
Had a dinner salad and left overs (grain burger and onion rings)for supper.
I am making little pepperoni "pizzas" for the cook out tomorrow.
Am going to be AF tomorrow at the cook out, bringing non alcoholic drinks.
I think I will give myself permission to eat what ever I want to eat, who knows what other people will bring. One year a couple brought 2 deserts. one was a giant peep, the size of a foot ball and the other one had some sort of pasty nasty bean curd..... lol
This is my husbands best friend BBQ. Jeff is away visiting his mother so will miss the party. Paul is grilling burgers.
Jeff won't be home until thursday night late.
I have not done squat around the house or yard or any work at all except for my business.
I need to do taxes. Not sure if jeff still needs to complete his self employment numbers. I could at least complete them up to that point. We only have 2 weeks left. This is the longest/closet to filing that I have ever done.
I am worried about getting them done in time.
I should finish doing them this week. Maybe I can do them tomorrow after the party.
Having another hot flash....

2 years ago christmas when I first started having them I tried some suppliments. black kohosh,a pill called hot flash that I ordered on line. both did not do anything to help.
I guess I will just continue having them as I am not wanting to take HRT. Last week my 96 year old client said that she still got them.
