Thanks kay!
My goal for today was to drink a gallon of water. I drank more than that counting the 3 cups of coffee then I will have water with dinner and water with night meds. total fluids for day=22 cups! Ate 2 pieces of left over pizza and snacked on some almonds. talapia tonight jeff is cooking, cabbage soup from sandras and left over brocolli crunch from whole foods. Half of an avocado, and 2 thin mints cookies, probably have popcorn while watching seinfeld. I saw 5 clients today. Went to the gym and walked on tred mill at an incline most of the way, 322 calories, 2 miles, 40 minutes. Then went to sallys to pick up more polish for work. It was a great day! bizi

I'm so sorry that you are suffering with those hot flashes
 Here is a link about them. The info further down the page may be of most interest. Q&A: Are Hot Flashes and Age Closely Related? Maybe doing some work on the taxes is a good way to kill some time while Jeff is away? I know how unpleasant they are to do, and it sounds like yours are way more complicated than mine Pepperoni pizza-type things sound like something good to bring to the party. I hope that you have a good time!

2 years ago christmas when I first started having them I tried some suppliments. black kohosh,a pill called hot flash that I ordered on line. both did not do anything to help. I guess I will just continue having them as I am not wanting to take HRT. Last week my 96 year old client said that she still got them. sigh bizi

I personally like your idea. I'm so glad you weren't trying to do real estate or something like the get rich things. My husband always wants to go to those and has bought into a couple of those. Never got anywhere in them. But just mess. We even went on a small vacation because he could do some free thing, it was a mess too. But he doesn't listen. I just throw those things away anymore, when they come. I see them for what they are. But you are on the right track. That is a good idea. Donna |

When I had to stop working, I got involved in a work from home scam. It was like a pyramid scheme. I got out before it cost us too much money tho.

I am not going to get too excited about the anti fungal solution.
I don't think that I can legally sell it because I am not a podiatrist. heavy sigh. bizi I need to look into this later.....
