If you have no will power, you should rid your apartment of all the things you shouldn't be eating and buy healthier things to eat instead in case you binge. I don't know what kind of things that you like that you can have on the diet, but I'm sure you know that bread, potatoes, fruit, etc are out.
Fudgsicle makes No Added Sugar fudge pops that I think are fantastic and only have 40 calories each, sugar-free jello is very low in calories, and raw veggies like cucumbers and celery have high water content and would be fine. Even if you have more cooked veggies, mozzerella sticks, or hard-boiled eggs, they are better than binging on other things. You don't have to be perfect, but things will be easier if you remove the temptations |

what they sent me had chocolate bars, popcorn, a few cookies soI am eating them. once i am through withthem i can try my own form of the diet. I am having coffee but with only a tiny bit of milk. I can't throw out the candy.
Other than the sbd I don't have anything in the house |

Have you tried their meals yet? Are they good?
Look at the labels on the "chocolate bars." Some may be snack bars, and some may be "meal replacement bars," which you don't want to snack on. I drink a lot of coffees, and have a splash of skim milk in all of them. Modifying the diet to suit your needs sounds like a good idea to me.. If you don't see the results you want, you can always change the diet up again. |

the meals are okay and i have skipped some. I think the candy makes me go to the bathroom. wonder if they put something in it. I am afraid to look at the calories/ I am using some of the candy as milk replacements too.

Possibly the sugar alcohols -- sorbitol, mannitol, xylitol, isomalt, hydrogenated starch hydrolysates.

I just got on the scale and lost a couple of pounds-weird I am so depressed.
all i want to do is be alone. I am looking forward to the superbowl and abby is being exceptionally friendly.I don't know what is wrong with me. the stock market is crashing which is distressing but I have been waiting for it. I am all itchy. |
