An injection under the skin (subcutaneous injection) is much safer and easier to self-administer, especially with a pen. It will also be much less painful. You should be able to do it yourself, but if Cecilia is willing to do it for you, why not let her do it until you feel comfortable with it? I hope that the extra help you get with your prescriptions makes it affordable

I'm so happy to hear that you feel like the increase in the dose of the Rexulti is helping you!!!

It is possible to have sad feelings even tho you are not depressed, or your depression is lifting tho. I'm sorry that you are feeling lonely, and I'm so sorry that Suri's prognosis is not good. I know how close you are to her

I'm glad that your stomach is feeling better

I am not getting roberta. cecilia said I could get evicted if I had three cats. body did something a reaction. my nose started running and my body started itching again all over. I might see the p.t. again. I have using the bike and my back seems to be getting worse. I am really having trouble walking. It is so stiff. re itching Can stress and anxiety cause itchy skin?
Since this symptom is caused by stress and how it affects the body, reducing your body's stress is the best way to eliminate anxiety and stress caused burning and itching skin sensations. ... Sure, a burning and itching skin sensation can be annoying.

Bobby,
Did you change anything in your apartment -- different sheets, a rug, soap, . .
Could you perhaps be allergic to a food that you added back into your food plan recently?

Is it pain in the lower back? I could be the bike. The bike apparently
has to be the right fit for the rider. Can it be adjusted?
Also, bike riding puts a lot of strain on the back.

=-=-=-=-=-
This is what I found when I went looking:
The Core / abdomen muscles need to be strong for bike riding.

A lot of people miss their core entirely during training.
That’s a big problem because as a cyclist, you use your core muscles to generate power and control the movement of your bicycle,” says Silvis.
“When your core is relatively weak, you’ll get fatigue and back strain
and pain much sooner than someone who is better conditioned in their lumbar spine area.”

The difference between the riders: The riders with pain had less-developed transverse abdominals and lumbar multifidus spinae, so they had less lower back endurance.
Fast fix: [U]Perform core exercises that target your inner unit
.

Thank you.the itching and nose running almost immediately started after I realized I couldn't have roberta. I was so angry. I had worried how the kitty cats would adapt so that was prior stress. then I became angry at cecilia for making me look up and seeing I could get evicted if I got another animal. she did me a service I know but I was irrational. I got the back problem from doing the bridge exercise with the physical therapist. I am no longer itching and my nose stopped running. I did it for three sessions and then told her it was too painful and I couldn't do it. I was left with the pain and the impossibility of doing it again. I think the recumbent bike is okay because there is no stress and I can do it for about seven minutes. I won't do it more because I am so out of shape. I mostly just lie in bed and watch msnbc or read. I am thinking of calling the same therapist for her to give me exercises for my back problems. second time this morning I got out of bed my walking was a little better. The first time was awful and I could hardly walk. my core muscles are mush

OH! I looked up the bridge exercise. That is not usually something for someone
starting out.

Yes, recumbent bikes are usually o.k.

Physically therapists can help but they can just as easily make things worse.
One orthopedist I saw said he would not send me to a physical therapist.

Perhaps you can find a few moves that would help your abs -- I would not
make any suggestions except that perhaps doing
movements that help you and that are comfortable.

I am sorry you are having back pains. They always say to do abdominal exercises(core) to strengthen your back.

Bobby

I think many of us the first time we get up to walk its hard because
we are stiff. So maybe find some exercises that will relax your
legs and feet before walking.

Then I would keep working the recumbent bike. And if you do
the physical therapy make sure they realize you just want to
work on keeping your back from hurting as much as possible.

Remember you are the boss, and can do as much as you want.
Or in this case the least you want.

Yes, ab exercise would help.

There is one called the Cat Camel -- but only do it if it feels comfortable.
