the first time i quit was after the explosion and i wasn;t allowed to smoke in the hospital. Years later I started again after seeing good will hunting and a guy I was seeing smoked,then it got to be too expensive.
I haven't gotten a response from my nephew and don't expect too.
I am almost finished with the book I am reading.

Gosh I heard a quote this morning I was going to put on here. Lets see

A book can take you to many places.

I thought it was appropriate. Reading always took me to many towns I thought might be fun to visit. I loved the way the writer told about the areas.

last night. julia quinn something like a make believe bridegroom/ i have read a lot of her books. then anne gracie. she has a perfect series. I just got the final one in the mail, the perfect waltz-just finished the perfect stranger-and two others and i love gaelen foley. just finished um my notorious gentleman-have only read two of her books but bought a lot of them. she is a delightful writer. I have to look to see what I read. gained two pounds rats

2 pounds is not much. It could be a fluctuation, and you could get on the scale today and find that those pounds are gone.

I had cookies yesterday :-(
today I go for tests. a nuclear stress test,echocardigram and two others.no caffeine since yesterday amd 11am-I am afraid I am going to sneeze and itch

the nuclear stress test went well. I don't know about the echocardiogram and the other test was postponed because of time.today I can hardly walk

I an going to call and see if they also meant the ecocardiogram, It was so weird. this week I didn't feel anxious about having the tests. that is so unlike me.
I had convinced myself I was going to need an operation. I am so tired all the time. It must be the repercussions of the stroke. I started thinking it was my heart.vI am going to stop taking the statin I just started. My walking and balance have gotten much worse. I had a bad reaction to statins before. I probably will have another stroke with my high cholesterol. My diet isn't that bad.'I guess I will read until I fall asleep. I was going to get my hair cut with somebody new but without sleep I don't think so
