now I am really scared. I will try harder. I officially heard from my heart doctor's office and was told the three tests came out fine and do what you have been doing lol

I can't find my blood pressure monitor so i sent away for a new one. there were some negative reviews but mostly positive ones. I will see the doctor in two weeks. He said it is dangerous. I am skipping one of the blood pressure pills.
I am still not depressed even though I thought i could die. My therapist came over yesterday and abby put on such a show. she really likes my therapist. for the first time she jumped from my high cabinet directly to the floor. wow. I am really scared about money. Hopefully no more bidding. Maybe fear will make me stop. or terror. I am not anxious or as I said depressed. Now to get back to reading. |

I don't remember if I skipped the morning pill,ramipril and I am afraid of taking a double dose. I guess I must be scared. I am not taking one tonite

80 is a very low systolic blood pressure reading. If you feel light-headed, dizzy, or really weak, you need to see a doctor right away
I'm glad you bought a new monitor and are skipping the BP med. Drinking more water may help to bring it up a bit, too. To be safe, try not to get up too fast from laying/sitting/standing positions. I'm sorry you have more s*** to deal with, Bobby I'm glad that you're not depressed or anxious right now tho Best of luck staying off of eBay
