I'm glad that your back feels better!
Have you been using the Blue Emu at all? Did it help, or did you have to switch to something else?

I'm sorry that you gained 3 pounds back, but it's a good thing that your appetite has returned. I didn't know that it was off for so long

I used nutmeg oil and Marci massaged it. I haven't used blue emu in a while.
I am now waiting for the antidepressant to work. It feels so good not to be depressed. I can lie in bed and do nothing and feel good.

I'm happy that the antidepressant is working sometimes

Are you mostly laying in bed all day?

I'm wondering does the antidepressant only seem
to work after you have taken it?

I'm just curious if that is what you mean.

That is a good question, Donna. I don't understand that either.

In other words bobby you wake up thinking your depressed and
then you can take your meds and they are working right away.

That is good. I would say that its more that they are somewhat
already working, that you are depressed more because you woke
up. And are needing to get up. I have that problem too.

Till I finally get started with my day. But that I can totally get.
And that makes sense. More than what you usually write.

And its fine that way. Sorry if it seems weird to keep asking.
I just didn't understand. I'm glad its all it is.

What are you taking Bobby? Pills usually have to be absorbed, and usually don't work that fast.

I'm glad that they are working so fast for you tho!
