I used nutmeg oil and Marci massaged it. I haven't used blue emu in a while.
I am now waiting for the antidepressant to work. It feels so good not to be depressed. I can lie in bed and do nothing and feel good.

I'm happy that the antidepressant is working sometimes

That is a good question, Donna. I don't understand that either.

i am mostly lying in bed all day. i don't have a couch. i usually wake up depressed and within five minutes it starts to work

In other words bobby you wake up thinking your depressed and
then you can take your meds and they are working right away.

That is good. I would say that its more that they are somewhat
already working, that you are depressed more because you woke
up. And are needing to get up. I have that problem too.

Till I finally get started with my day. But that I can totally get.
And that makes sense. More than what you usually write.

And its fine that way. Sorry if it seems weird to keep asking.
I just didn't understand. I'm glad its all it is.

no i am depressed when i wake up. until i take the pill and wait a few minutes i am fine. it is real depression

What are you taking Bobby? Pills usually have to be absorbed, and usually don't work that fast.
