I wrote him a follow up and said that before my bp was always 120 over 80 and now it is not and I don't know how often I have spikes in my pulse which always runs a little high. I guess I am still uneasy but not depressed.. It has helped my anxiety. when I start worrying about other things I usually stop in face of that worry. It puts it in perspective lol. I made a joke with my nephew and said I pray that he got most of his genes from his father's side and I will pray for it and he said me too

I don't know how long I will be in the up cycle but I am really enjoying it! I didn't even go to ebay today. Marci arranged a lot of my sweaters in two storage containers for under the bed. I felt so guilty and wanted to throw them all out

corresponded with robert more and sent him more readings and he said they were very good for my age. I now will stop worrying. Yesterday the Rabbi came over and she said a new rabbi will start coming over and replace her but she will call every other week and non officially drop over occasionally. She is so sweet. Abby showed off. for the first time she jumped from a cabinet on to the dining room table we were sitting at at and slid a little bit but not off the table. The Rabbi told me for two years she was teaching two sisters and they had a siamese cat. The cat would sit directly in front of her. one day she made a sudden move and the cat hissed. the cat had been protecting the girls lol.
Mos of the day and night I sleep intermittently. I was exhausted. I am still tired. |

I hope that the new Rabbi is just as wonderful as the one you have been seeing. It is so nice that she will be keeping in touch once she is reassigned.

right now i seem to be living in the moment and blocking unpleasant thoughts, my sleep is awful, I am waking up every hour or two and just wanting to stay in bed and read
