Bobby

I can totally understand the being depressed because you couldn't
open the door. I hate to tell you this, because it makes me look weak
too. But I can't open many doors. I've just decided its my right
to have the help.

Now when it comes to the itching, how about an lotion such as calamine
or something like that. Have you tried that. Also you didn't change
laundry or any other soaps right. If you did maybe check the new kind
see if that might be some of the problem.

Also just for me, there is an time some falls, and springs thanks to
the allergies for me. That I get itchy all over. I've learned in my
case I just have to wait it out. And keep an scratch thingy handy.
Its the only thing that works. If I put an lotion on its good for
maybe 15 minutes or sometimes I get lucky longer. But its not
the answer except for the immediate time. Calamine is the only
thing that works for up to one hour for me.

I HATE asking for help partly because it makes me feel weak, but with doors, I definitely will accept help if offered. Two of my doctors' office doors are f'ing impossible to open myself.

I'm so sorry that you have to always deal with this depression

I'm glad that the itching is starting to subside, and that the sleeping pill offered some help. I hope that it helps more in the future

Sorry about the itching that the Xanax has been doing.

I would not imagine that Calamine lotion would help but it would not hurt.

Depression makes it hard to concentrate

I think that the Bible can be hard to read. Do you have less difficult books at home that will make for easier reading?

I wish your depression would lift. I know that your pdoc's plan is temporary so that you don't get side effects from dropping the Cymbalta... when do you see him again?
