I just turned on music. it was unplugged ugh. I feel everything is wrong. I really love marci. she is having money problems since two of her clients have died and they were overnighters. one family gave her 500 dollars for their thanks. She offered to give me 50 dollars. I was so touched but I don;t want to take it. I am still so jittery. right now I am listening to enya. I don't know what I am going to do about my meds. I am still itchy after not taking the sleeping pill but less so.I took another bath for the itches and might take one later. I might see if cecilia wants company later. right now I hate being a lone. I don't know if robert is coming over. I got rid of disk space and installed the printer. I realize now my computer is at least seven or eight years old.

taking baths with soothing solutions is a good idea....twice a day sounds reasonable if they help.

I think you need to go to your primary and have them see if they
can help you with the itchy feeling. I personally am thinking
there must be a reason.

some of the new medicines I am taking have that as a side effect.

I stopped taking the sleeping pill. I stopped taking the cymbalta and yesterday I stopped taking the ativan. they all have itching side effects and I forgot which one has the jitters. I don't know what the pdoc will recommend.
