I told my therapist yesterday that I was upset when she said she took a two hour walk with her dog and I can hardly walk two blocks. she said she was glad I told her so she would know. she didn't even say she was sorry. The session went very slowly. I am not getting anything from it. I am eating way too much and feeling sick as a result of the overeating. yesterday I ate whatever was in the refrigerator. I think I have been manic with this eating and spending. She asked what I said to other people and I said I don't remember/
I really don't think she has empathy or knows what depression is
