I went to the beach Saturday morning but it did not go well.
I started crying in the car on the way there. On a bench at the beach I felt like I would freak out -- thought I might break down and fall apart and not be able to get myself home. I really only feel kind of ok at home in bed. M |

It sounds like you're suffering, Mari. And it's unlikely that this depression is going to lift on its own. So, I think that you need some kind of intervention from your pdoc soon... hopefully the tricyclic that you feel safer retrying
 If you don't have any pressing commitments that can't be broken, I don't see why you can't spend more time in the only place (at home in bed) where you feel okay, at least for now

I have to cancel my appt with pdoc today so I can be home when the
air conditioner guy comes. Hubby has to work. It's hot inside the house. I hope that they really can fix it. We need a new motor or something. M |

I had to cancel my pdoc for the air conditioning guy. I will have to check on my meds -- might need to contact her re refills.
The ac guy said that the motor was destroyed due to lighting that could happen again. M |
