I'm glad that you don't have to worry about the trip for now, Alaina

You're Bipolar Type II, right?
The chronic depression from that is sooooo hard to treat. I'm happy that you have found a med regiment that has helped you, especially since you have medical/chronic pain issues that can make treatment so much harder

I also enjoy my alone time outside when the weather is good. I do most of my thinking out there.

I'm feeling a bit anxious today after having a lot going on today. I found out that our tubing trip has been rescheduled for two weeks from now. I started to receive information about one of my classes and what is due when. And then my dad wants to take me out on Lake Huron with a complete stranger to go fishing which is something that I haven't done in a very long time. It all sounds like fun, but it's just a little too much for me to take in all in one day.

get out a calendar and write down dates and plans include work rest play exercise, anything that could be a concern for you.
Give yourself time to plan as well...maybe if you write it out it won't be that overwhelming.

I can understand why taking all that in would cause you anxiety

Obligations are obligations, no matter how far apart they are spread, and it sounds like you have significant issues with social anxiety, so looking ahead to those outings must be especially stressful

I put all my appointments in a notebook and in my phone. When I put them on paper, I separate each of them by a couple of lines. It feels better if they don't look so compressed.

I have lived with my parents for the last 2+ years since just before my divorce because I am unable to completely care for myself due to my CRPS. I just found out today that my parents have a 2 1/week motorcycle trip planned coming the end of September. I hate to be alone for very long and often find myself depressed when I am. I know no one in the area due to my social anxiety issues. This is their second trip this year. Last time I did okay and I am sure this time will be too. I just don't need the added stress at this time. I have way too much going on and my anxiety level is already sky high. I guess it's a good thing to bring up with both my therapist and my pdoc to see if they can help.
