I worked hard yesterday, but I don't feel like I got much done because I only had the vacuum until Corey came to pick it up after work, so I spent a lot of time using it before I was ready to. I cleaned out the fridge... how does cat hair get into the freezer?

I called Janet to ask her when I had to return the keys, and she said I could return them tomorrow. She told me not to break my back cleaning the apartment because they have professional cleaners come in. She said the apartment just had to be broom swept and everything had to be wiped down, but I know better.

I still have a lot to do, so I will go over there early. I need to do the oven first because that will be the biggest job. I sprayed it yesterday before I left. Hopefully the s- I used is good stuff, and will make the job a lot easier. I have a list of things to do after that. Alone, the tasks are fairly easy. I can get this done.

I'm having problems with my cable, and called to try to get it fixed over the phone, but that didn't work. The guy on the phone scheduled an appointment for a technician to come out between 4-6pm, but I just got a text saying that the appointment was cancelled. I have to call back to see what's going on, but I don't have the patience to do that right now. I'll check my account online, then call after I take a shower if I have to. I'm already super-PO'ed that I will have to come back here to handle the situation (that's their fault) while I could be back at the old place cleaning. If I need to, I will reschedule the appointment for tomorrow

Corey went away for work this morning, and won't be back until Friday afternoon/evening. I will miss him, but I also need a break from him right now. I resent him for all the pressure he's put on me, because how little he's been helping me, and how unappreciative he is of all I've done.

I do have an appointment with the cable company between 4-6pm, so I will have to watch the time while cleaning the old apartment, and try to be back here by 3:30. I'll get my a- in the shower now so I can get over there and get to work.

I thought I was going to finish cleaning the apartment EARLY despite trouble cleaning the oven/racks, but I had a REALLY hard time cleaning out some of the cabinets in the kitchen, so I didn't have time to get to the floors.

I left the old apartment at 3 because I REALLY NEEDED a break, and the cable guy is due to arrive between 4-6pm. I got home to find a message from a guy from the company's tech department asking me to call him back because he thought my cable issues might be related to something or other. I called him back, but so far he hasn't returned my call, and it's 4:30 now, and no word yet from the technician who's supposed to come out. He had better show up.

Once this whole cable ordeal is over, I have to go back over to the old apartment and finish cleaning the floors. I will need to bring a lamp with me so I can see what the hell I'm doing. I set myself up pretty good, so it shouldn't take me TOO long, but I'm still dreading going back over there. My body is absolutely DESTROYED. I can barely walk. But I need to finish the cleaning tonight

Okay, so I'm an idiot...

I thought it was the 28th. I have another day before I have to turn the apartment over to the leasing office, so I don't have to go back over there tonight!!!
I can finish up tomorrow morning!!!

And the cable guy never showed up. Turns out, the two guys I talked to were wrong, and an appointment was never booked. But the guy from the technical team called back and fixed my cable over the phone!!!

I'm so f'ing happy right now!!!

I'm honestly so glad the cable guy got it fixed over the phone.
Otherwise I'd have been so upset that the guys never scheduled
the appointment. I'm just so glad you figured out you have
another day.

I hope you can relax tonight and get back and finish fast tomorrow.

"Broom swept" should be the criterion but I understand why you want to do more than that.
