I don't like how she decided to tell a group of his coworkers what she thought he could/couldn't do one bit! People in supervisory positions should know better than to do things like that to anyone because it feels shitty whether it's right or wrong. I wouldn't want to go right back to work either. Poor Derrick. I hope he feels better now
