Well i guess there was more than just a speaking to the supervisor.
It seems the head cook at his hall is the other one that had
to apologize to Derrick. And Derrick's boss had to inform his boss,
that he had okayed this action. So his kind like bosses or co-workers
all showed up at their hall yesterday to over see his job. And Derrick's
supervisor is being re-assigned to the night shift for a while because
of what she did. So starting I believe next week for a while he is
getting a new supervisor.

The head chef was also told that he needs to work with Derrick and
the other temp that have safe serv's and start to get to know them.
And I guess the situation with the putting them in to the dish room
has kind of been figured out too. They are to share and rotate even
in the same day the position.

I guess on Monday, the head chef asked if the other person who has
an safe serv, knows the dishroom, and she is being finished trained,
what Derrick hasn't taught her. And even seeing if she can do what
Derrick taught her correctly then getting the rest of the training from
the head chef. He is taking it serious that he needs to change his
thinking.

That sounds good to me...
I’m glad that his old supervisor is being reassigned to the night shift for a while... serves her right.

Yes Kay it does.

He was really surprised but Purdue doesn't take bullying lightly.
And his boss really doesn't want to loss him to another hall.
Or at all. He knows this was the hall he wanted to come back
to.

Well Derrick is headed out with my husband. He was coming tomorrow,
but his appointment tomorrow got cancelled. So he is getting picked up
early. His dog Dobey is so ready. Yah.

He is planning to do lots of cooking and shopping. Heehee,
which is so nice. He is so nice all the time.

Just life.

I'm happy Derrick is coming early! It will be nice to have a cooking buddy as well as a shopping buddy! You two really seem to enjoy one another's company, and are attached at the hip!

Kay

Yes, we have great times. His dog was so happy to see him. He has
been spending time with me. Because Derrick wasn't home much.

But you could tell he was starting to miss him. So now he is in his
lap and I think he slept the best he has for a while last night. And
Jake slept in the living room too. So I had a bed without dogs last
night.

I guess a bed without dogs can be a good thing and a bad thing

I'm glad that Derrick and Dobie have been reunited. Pets really do miss their owners when they are absent, and I'm sure that Derrick missed Dobie a lot, too.
