After my shower, I decided I did not want to go out after all.
I did a few things around here that needed doing. I have been so tired, but unable to nap lately. So in the afternoon, I smoked some MJ, and was able to finally get some much-needed rest after all the running around I've been doing. That was a nice BDay present to myself.

We ordered the pizza from Domino's last night. It was very good, and it did not upset my stomach
We will probably go out to lunch tomorrow to celebrate our birthdays and anniversary, but neither one of us has a clue where we should go yet.

I don't have anything planned for next week except for the GYN day surgery on Friday. So, I will probably put off the trip to the mall until Monday. It will be nice to have some time to myself, and the time to get some things done without feeling so pressured.
Today I have to pick up a few things at the grocery store and go buy cigarettes...

When I get home, I am going to empty and bleach out both cat boxes. That's a BIG job for me, but it's been so humid it smells like cat pee in the office. It's gross. I'm sure that the kitties will be happy once they are clean, too. Everyone likes a fresh bowl, as Corey would say.

You were on vacation, and away from your computer, and I post almost everyday.

Yes, the GYN procedures are this Friday. I won't find out what time it is until the day before, but I think she only operates in the morning. I hope it's early.

I'm so glad I got my errands done before I started cleaning out the cat boxes. I would not have been able to go out afterwards because it takes so much out of me. I bleach out the tub/shower afterwards, too.
I put down carpet powder and vacuumed the rug in the office where the boxes are, so now the whole room is fresh and clean. I know that Rocky was happy because he was dragging his favorite toy around and "singing" a lot. He is so dang cute!

I got in a good nap in the afternoon.
I had made pulled pork on Corey's birthday, and we had sandwiches and homemade coleslaw. I tossed the leftover pork in the sauce I made before I put them in the fridge. Last night I made enchiladas with that, but was lazy and bought pre-made enchilada sauce from the store that wasn't so great. Dinner was still good tho. Using the pre-made sauce made my life so much easier, but I will have to go back to making my own.

Corey and I still can't settle on a place to go to lunch today to celebrate our birthdays and anniversary. He's not thrilled with any of my suggestions, but isn't making any of his own. I almost don't want to go now. Maybe I'd feel more inclined to go out if we were looking forward to going to somewhere in particular. IDK. I have a couple more ideas. We will see...

I don't know when to wake him up this morning either. We were up late last night because he was in the mood to stay up and was a Chatty Cathy lol.
I was thinking of going to bed earlier, so I took my night meds, but ended up staying up with him. Before we finally headed off to bed, I took them again, but fortunately caught myself, and spit them out in time.

I'm MUCH feeling better now that I don't have a million things to do, and can look forward to relaxing more next week. I'm not as agitated or anxious, so I will hold off on adding any extra gabapentin for now.

I am so glad you are feeling better! I hope you two can decide on a special place to eat!

We ended up going out for Japanese food, as we usually do. We no longer sit at the Hibachi grill, but they offer the same food in the dining room (along with a million other things). I ordered the spicy house chicken, new item on the Hibachi menu, and it was wonderful, but not spicy at all. I’m glad we went out. We enjoyed our meals and the company was good

I’m still struggling with pain in my back and limbs from cleaning out the cat boxes, tub/shower and vacuuming Friday. The MMJ has not really done enough for me the last 2 nights. I will try the 3rd kind I have tonight, and hope for better results

We’re doing laundry right now. Neither one of us wanted to, but there was no way we could weasel out of it because I probably won’t be up to it next weekend, and Corey will be on call and grouchy as hell, too.

I’m looking forward to being lazier in the upcoming week until Friday.

Hi OhKay ~ How are you doing with introducing Lamictal, are you still on this medication? I am starting at 12.5 mg and have been on it for the last 4 days. I also take Klonopin .5 mg 2X a day.

I read you went thru a mixed state. I have those frequently, so I understand how horrible it can be.
