Yes, I've tried doing those things I'll continue.

I just don't seem to find anything they can.

Well I do now why the oldest, our 21 year old chihuahua isn't
eating most of the time. He doesn't have very many teeth.
So he really does need the wet so I do make sure at least 2 or
3 times a week we get that. So I may have to start working
more with that. They wont eat gravy train, I've tried that.

But will continue to look.

Can you put your little Chihuahua on the counter and feed just him wet food every day? Even if its for cats? I would say that at 21 with few teeth, just getting him to eat something every day would be a good thing.
