#1 please stop trying to change everything right now. Wait till you
see the new doctor. Only reason is because everytime you change
something, you cant tell what is working and what isn't. ANd honestly
it takes more than a few days for things to work.

Next if the prunes and the other thing is still working, then I'd maybe
think about eating the special diet, I can't remember exactly what
it is:
But a couple things are Rice, and bananas, and I know toast is good too.
Maybe this will slow down the problems. And it also should help the
problems with your stomach hopefully.

Now if you want to work on drinking I'm going to suggest you drink
just maybe one thing. Something you find that is soothing to your
stomach. And I'd still keep drinking the coffee if its something that
feels good to you.

good advice. Yesterday or the day before I had too many prunes and I kept on going, now I am afraid of them. I might
have irritable bowel syndrome -the type that causes constipation bloating and gas, I keep on researching since I don't usually feel well. I am a diabetic so I stay away from bread and rice.

As usual I wake up very depressed and after I take my antidepressant and IT WORKS. the aleve helps my lower back pain. the aleve p.m. helps me sleep. I am definitely getting enough sleep. So far the magnesium caplets haven't worked today. I think God for everything even the constipation. I keep on worrying that I have colon cancer because of the constipation and the bloating and gas. I am not anxious. The 2mg of klonopin in the morning and at night really help. I might see Stella later.

I had a nice time with Stella. we had Indian food. we invited a guy who turned out to be Indian. He was so bright and nice. we spoke for over an hour. My stomach is so bloated. I wound up being so nauseated that as soon as I got home I threw up a lot.

i did really have a nice time. My stomach bothered me the rest of the day and during the night. It is finally beginning to feel better, Stella got cramps. Robert came over to help with the blood monitor cuff. We thought it was probably too small so I ordered another one. Danny bit through his leash.. I just ordered him a lot of chew toys. My pulse is so high. He helped me with my new cell phone. My short term memory is so bad that I don't remember how to start it. My air conditioner won't cool. I hope the building gets me a new one. What a mess. My antidepressant is working!
