#1 please stop trying to change everything right now. Wait till you
see the new doctor. Only reason is because everytime you change
something, you cant tell what is working and what isn't. ANd honestly
it takes more than a few days for things to work.

Next if the prunes and the other thing is still working, then I'd maybe
think about eating the special diet, I can't remember exactly what
it is:
But a couple things are Rice, and bananas, and I know toast is good too.
Maybe this will slow down the problems. And it also should help the
problems with your stomach hopefully.

Now if you want to work on drinking I'm going to suggest you drink
just maybe one thing. Something you find that is soothing to your
stomach. And I'd still keep drinking the coffee if its something that
feels good to you.
