At my doctors' offices they have you sit in regular chairs to take vitals before you sit on the exam tables now.
It is strange that you can't get a reading with your feet on the ground, Donna. I have never heard of that. What do you do? Take your BP with your legs up on a table/ottoman?

I'm glad that Donna told you to wait until 30minutes to an hour after you take your medication to take your blood pressure. When do you see your cardiologist?

I'm sorry that you are overspending. I try really hard to distract myself when I'm hypo/manic and I start getting strong urges to buy tons of s***. Usually I will clean (but I buy anyway). Maybe you try to go back to your book? IDK. I know it's hard

Love to you today, Bobby (((HUGS)))
