I am so sorry that you are still suffering without an AC!!!

Please make sure that you are drinking more fluids in addition to the teas, especially since you have been taking laxatives

I think you probably do need a higher dose of the Linzess, or if that doesn't help, there is another very good prescription IBS med out there, whose name is escaping me. Gas-X or Beano should help with the lower abdominal pain, but IDK how many OTC meds you are taking for your stomach/constipation right now? Some of them could be interacting with one another...
