Wonderful news. You did it! Cross this worry off your list.

The medication usually administered before the procedure is Versed. It helps you sleep and has an added benifit of the amnesia effect. You wake up with no memory of the procedure. How convenient. Otherwise, GI docs would not be so popular.

I am also very glad you finally have a proper air conditioner. It has been warmer here with storms, high winds and lots of rain. I like the air on because of the humidity also. I hope you are resting better also.

Have you tried eating smaller meals, like half a bowl of oatmeal? I suffer if I eat too much in one sitting. Did this last night and had upset tummy. If I eat basically half of the normal amount I tolerate it better and will eat again in 2, 3 or 4 hours, rather than longer stretches between eating.

Enjoy the cool air Bobby! Hope your appointment with gp goes well.
