The thing is every person is different. So you need to start
on what sounds good. If its just ice cream then try that.

If its say mashed potatoes, try that. I realize some of the
things that sound good, have in the past caused problems.
But because you are having good results with the laxative.
Its possible in a small amount those things can be eaten.
So give it a try. I would then try to eat small meals say,
6 times a day.

No I don't mean food all six times. Like I seem to be on a
kick of peanut butter and crackers right now. It settles
my stomach, so I buy a container of 8 little packages for $1.oo,
at dollar general and eat a package of 4. When my stomach says
I need something to eat. It might be two hours after I ate breakfast.

This morning my breakfast, was two little debbie chocolate donuts,
because that was what I wanted. And then at 12, noon because
I needed something, I just ate two crackers with peanut butter,
because I had two left from late last night. So I will eat my lunch
around 1pm probably. But it will be a weird lunch because I'm in
the mood for cereal, so I'll probably eat that.
