I wished we lived closer too. You are such a good person. I might open a bottle of wine. I just can't stand this anxiety.

I did open the bottle of wine. It helped. My stomach is bothering me still. I don't think the wine helped my stomach.

I am going to skip the antidepressant and see what happens to my anxiety. I have been eating so much and I think that is one of the reasons I have been having trouble with my stomach. I don't dare get on the scale. I have been so anxious and jumpy that it makes me overeat. I feel guilty that I feel so rotten I been having a hard time feeling compassion for all those poor people in the Bahamas but so relieved that that murderer almost is letting the poor kids who need our medical treatment to stay.
I finally called access a ride to see if they will approve me. Yesterday I spent over 30 dollars on carfare besides the 125 at the psychiatrist. He said it has gotten a lot better.

the psychiatrist hasn't contacted me yet. I didn't take the antidepressant and I am not as agitated or anxious or manic. I hope he calls me and orders the lower dose. I couldn't stand the anxiety and agitation and I don't want to start the habit of drinking wine.

Good luck Bobby.

I don't know what to tell you, but to do the best you can.

I just called the psychiatrist's office just now since I didn't get called back. Donna answered the phone and I said I hadn't heard anything and she said she would ask him again. I said would I hear today? She said she thought so. today I wasn't anxious or jittery but now I am depressed and sad.
