The BOSS (a male) of workplace made a rule that if we want to wear
what he calls non-professional shoes, we need HR's form filled out by an MD. Most people are my age and older but the boss is young AND A MAN. (Most women wear comfortable flats because that is the only way to do this job.) My sneakers are hip and look fine and I spend a sht-ton of money on them so they look a little bit cool and classy. Since I was 16 and dx'd with scoliosis, an ortho determined that I need to wear a sole on my left foot with an extra two centimeters to keep my back from being too off balance. =-=-=-=-=-=- I wondering how many appts it will take to get this done. I AM TOO DEPRESSED TO DEAL WITH THIS. |
