the ac is working again. the super came up and turned it on and it worked!

I don't think it is working again. ginger tea with lemon helped me yesterday with my ibs. making some now.

I feel so terribly mentally and physically. I just bought a tower fan. I have been sick to my stomach. I wrote to management and listed all my health issues but forgot the stroke and begged for new air conditioner or said the heat will do me in.
I am beginning think I might start taking short walks and f@#k the virus. I have trouble breathing with the mask. I am really now afraid to eat. My IBS is terrible.

my antidepressant kicked in. I was afraid it had stopped working. Yesterday I took a double dose of magnesium citrate liquid so my stomach doesn't hurt now.
I just took 10000 mg of vitamin d3. that might help my depression. I ordered dates that might help constipation. I just rode my bike for 12 minutes.

my session with the therapist was sensational. I asked him if he ever suffered and he said of course. I asked what he did for it. He said when it was really bad be would put on religious garments and pray to God for help for about 20 minutes.
My favorite lecturer and he go to the same temple and he said he is always smiling but Bruce has never talked to him. He told me the story of Ruth and Naomi because he has a whippet named naomi. He is also a vegetarian. He is trying to stop me from watching the news because it adds to my depression and to watch cheerful stuff. we talked about being bipolar.

i just got another ac. it is used but it is a later model than the last one. still haven't eaten. afraid of another stomach problem

I'm so glad you got another air conditioner. Please get a hold of the aging agency explain the situation maybe they would also.work to get you An box or another fan.

i ordered two fans from amazon. one is good size one and cost almost 70 dollars.
