I think you are doing a better job of not spending as much. So maybe just keep a eye on how much your spending. Maybe its the way you spend
just a little a day. On tunics sometimes, and all the things you definitely need.

And please remember we all have a time period we gain a little, then it goes back down. I know that sounds odd its just part of life.

i hope i don't buy anymore tunics. i have so many now. i am very moody. i decided i will give marci for xmas a 4 ounce bottle of chamomile essential oil.
she had asked for some and i bought her a small bottle. this will cost me only 20 dollars,
i am very moody.i am not depressed. just bid on another tunic,

i feel wonderful. i think it is a manic high but wow am i enjoying the feelings. i will tell the doctor on the fifth but i want to stay on this medication.

i am hoping the doctor can give me something in conjunction for the mania.
robert came over and put together the new lamp.part of the old one cracked. i returned the keyboard tray and bought a cheap tower for the monitor and keyboard from walmart and chair. robert approved. i have been using a very old tibetan table with its uncomfortable chair.

somebody might come over from Dorot this morning but nobody called on friday, my place is such a wreck. i woke up depressed but as soon as I start some activity, it starts to diminish.
I love my new lamp. I t was so cheap,, I got it from Target,

went to ebay after taking a bath and was outbid on one and bought another.

out of control. yesterday I bought two different types of pliers and just now bought two more different ones from ebay. i can't analyze why i am doing this.it is a compulsion. now I have to face how much I will eat today. I have a lot of broths which I really like. I don't feel like straightening up. i am listening to cat stevens. i adore him,
