Thanks for asking. My stomach hasn't been bad today. I just ate hard boiled eggs.
I had chicken noodle soup and that didn't agree with me.
I talked for the longest time with my friend from fifth grade. I asked how old her daughter was when she died of welm's tumor. She said 2 1/2. We talked about everything. She is happily married to an Italian cellist who is so nice. She met him in Austria.
the doorman called to see how I was doing. They are making a practice of it for the older tenants

Wow! You're still in touch with your friend from 5th grade?! That's impressive!

I haven't been very helpful today, but I'm glad Bizi checked in on you and you feel better. Also, I agree with her not to call yourself bad names. You are a wonderful person and I'm glad to know you! Hugs

Last night was so awful. My stomach hurt so much. I am so tense and stressed.
My stomach still hurts. Last night I took another 2mg of klonopin and another antidepressant.I was so very anxious, scared and depressed. The virus is just icing on the cake. Cuomo thinks we might not have the peak here for two to three weeks.

Symptoms
IBS symptoms include abdominal pain, cramping, bloating, gas, and mucus in stool. Most people experience either diarrhea (loose, watery stools) or constipation (difficulty having bowel movements). Some have alternating bouts of both diarrhea and constipation. Symptoms usually come in waves that may last a few minutes or a few days. Attacks of IBS seem closely related to stress and diet.

How Common
About 1 in every 5 people in the U.S. has symptoms of IBS.

Overview
Irritable bowel syndrome is a common condition that causes painful spasms and cramping in the large intestine (colon). IBS does not harm the intestines, and it does not increase the risk for cancer or for other serious stomach problems. Pain from IBS can be severe and is the main cause of stomach pain complaints in emergency rooms.

The best types of medication to take to reduce irritable bowel syndrome is to take anti-anxiety medication. By reducing the amount of anxiety that you receive on a daily basis, you will help your body reduce the amount of irritable bowel syndrome it experience.

The number one trigger of this symptom is anxiety, so if you can eliminate most of that then you should feel good about the way your body feels.

Thank you for telling us about IBS. I really did not know anything about it.
I am sorry you suffer with it.

4mg is the maximum dose of klonipin. I took 5mg the other night. and had a really bad day the next day. I told Dr. Orazio what I did and she had a fit. talked to jeff and said to him I could have died.

So jeff is keeping my rx meds. and lets me have one extra 50mg atarax(hydroxyzine) to take if I need it. I am allowed up to 3 a day if needed for agitation or confrontation, I am taking my heart rate and if it gets above 120 then I will take one or if Jeff thinks I need one then I will take one.

Needing to fold 2 baskets of laundry.

love you!

I* think I read a while back that you can't kill yourself on klonopin.
I am so nauseated. I am making ginger tea. I slept for a couple of hours. before that I read a sweet book on my kindle which is easier to read and listened to cat stevens.

Overdosing on Klonopin is rarely lethal. If the person overdoses on Klonopin alone, they will likely experience the effects outlined above and require medical treatment and monitoring. Most deaths from overdose on Klonopin and other benzodiazepines are the result of taking the medication with alcohol.

Anxiety and depression can also trigger gastrointestinal disturbances. When you feel anxious, your body releases hormones and other stress chemicals. These substances can affect your digestive tract, causing symptoms like nausea and constipation.

Your digestive system can also slow down during periods of heightened stress or anxiety. As a result, waste can’t quickly pass through the intestines.

Feelings of anxiety and nervousness can also cause queasiness or a sick feeling in the stomach.

I am going to stop listening to the news or talk aboutit and after the virus peaks here will go to the g.i. doctor and have my stomach examined. The stress and pain from Suri's death and her absence made my stomach issues so much worse.
I am just going to continue reading my novels and listen to music and pet my kitty cats and drink lemon juice and water and take magnesium citrate,

i had such a sad dream. I was looking all over for one of my animals and couldn't find him. I woke up and realized he was dead.
This morning I had trouble with my computer.
I realized if I went to the clinic to have my stomach examined I would nobody to go home with me.
