I'm so sorry, Bobby, you've been having such a rough time! It's as if one bad thing pulls in another, like a magnate. Sometimes there seems to be something in the air, & we'll hear other people reporting similar experiences. And no matter what you try, nothing works. I've had days like that. And at the end of the day I have nothing left but remembering the old saying, "this too shall pass", basically what Bizi said. I hope tomorrow morning you wake up feeling wonderful, which you are! Bizi - ha! i understand tmi, but I think that's why I was questioning my IBS yesterday, because nobody really talks about the truth of it...completely. So, yeah. While I'd rather not blast that stuff either, it is helpful. *hugs Interesting that Miralax did that though. I never liked Miralax because I wanted it gone right away. I guess I don't have the "c" as much as a milder mix of both "c" and "d". anyway...colace. I'm curious now. I use to use Dulcolax, but again, for occasional constipation. God! I really sympathize for anyone who has this chronically...

no stomach ache today or tonight. I had two bottles of magnesium citrate-wow. my stomach had really been killing me.
yesterday I had the worse depression. today fine. finished a book I liked a lot and started another i really like. made up with abby. i kept on looking at her so often that at night she came over and spent a lot of time with me and forgave me when i neglected her when i felt so awful all day and night. pudge came over for a while. i had neglected her too. tonite i had coffee. not having for a few days didn't make a difference , can listen to music again.. i was in the worse shape physically and mentally...the depths.
