I love animals so much and they bring me so much joy and wonderful memories. I don't think the therapist can help me/
Robert came over and fixed the printer and showed me how to use it and what button to press. there is no print button. I had Danny on my lap.
Then later I saw my phone ooma wasn't working so I pulled out a plug and forgot where the plug went. turned out abby had shut the power strip off. More stress. Eventually I fixed it.
My blood pressure was 161 and then 151. rats
also my stomach aches are back. rats

an hour after I took my blood pressure it went to 135 70 -what a relief. I am going to start having brown rice. good for blood pressure and maybe it will help my stomach

I am so irritable. I hate being mentally ill. all day I had a stomach ache. I didn't pay attention to the cats. That is a new one. I prayed to God and that didn't help. I can't find the remote to the air conditioner. Tonite is the first time this year I used the ac. I am freaking out about that. My neighbor who hasn't been friendly rang my bell and handed me a tiramisu which I love. David called for a little while. Last night I talked with my friendly visitor.
I don't feel like listening to music. I cann't seem to concentrate to read.
I don't know how to help myself. I am going to be 76 in another week.
I found my address book under a bookcase. I searched for it so much and then gave up. How did it get under the bookcase?
I should be so f#$king grateful. I am just so irritable.

Are you nauseated?they make meds to counteract that, over the counter they also have zofran that requires an MD script.
