Sorry about the sugar news. My husband has diabetes in his family So he worries a lot about me. I'm not really really fat, but I am several pounds overweight clinically, with significant abdominal fat. And I'm pretty sedentary... what was my point? Oh, hubby wants me to get all these levels checked, but I need to fast for that. Our doctor was very far, but now he's a bit closer, but I've already got an appointment coming soon with other blood tests needed, So in gonna have to make a new appointment a d I'm just procrastinating.

Hope your tummy is feeling better today!

Edit: oh, why is your thread titled "out of control"? Just curious.
